Policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount, as indicated on our website.

4. International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

9. Refund/Return Policy

  • Workshops - No refunds are acceptable, except if you would like to exchange the workshop for a future workshop regardless of the price difference.

  • Certifications - No refunds are acceptable.

  • Subscriptions - No refunds are acceptable.

  • Shop / Clothing - Refunds and returns are acceptable if brought to our attention at hello@morganweske.com within 3 days of receiving the product. This will be for either the wrong size or if any possible damage is done to the product. The product must still be new and unworn without any wear and tear.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
